FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions



1- How can I get the Invoice from the registration at LACTE?
You must send an e-mail to financeiro@abgev.org.br including the following information: Attendee’s name, registration's date, amount, payment modality, Company’s tax payer registration, Company name and e-mail.

2- How can I change the name of the attendee registered at LACTE?
You must send an e-mail to financeiro@abgev.org.br including the information of the registered and new attendee. Name, family name, company, position, telephone number, email and address.

3- How can I obtain a certificate for attending LACTE?
Send an e-mail to eventos@abgev.org.br informing the full name and an answer e-mail of the requester and we will provide it.

4- How can I download the presentations I have attended?
After the event, LACTE website will have a page dedicated to downloads, accessed through the attendee’s data.

5- Will Networking Expo work all day long?
The Networking Expo will take place on February 6th, between 10 and 11 AM and 3 and 5 PM. On February 7th, from 11:20 AM to 1:20 PM.

6- I am a press professional and would like to attend LACTE. What should I do?
You must send an e-mail to marketing@abgev.org.br informing your name, car plates, e-mail, and phone number. The event organization will contact you.
